2.as NEXGARD is an oral treatment, dogs may be handled immediately following administration and there are no restrication on swimming, bathing and shampooing before or after administration.

NEXGArd chewable tablets for dogs weighing between 10-25kg.these tablets can also be used to help treat Flea Allergy Dermatisis (FAD).each circular tablet contains 68.0mg of afoxolaner which enters the bloodstream.afoxolaner blocks GABA receptors and kills fleas and ticks.to become exposed to the fatal effects of nexgard, parasites do need to take a blood meal from the dog.afoxolaner usually takes no longer than 8 hours from attachment to effect fleas and ticks will be killed within 48 hours of attachment.one treatment of nexgard kills fleas for at least 5 weeks and kills ticks for at least one month. 

4.Nexgard tablets are beef flavoured to aid with palatability,and can be given with or without food.dogs will often readily accept the tablet as a treat.                                                                                                                                           

  5.Don`t use nexgard in puppies under 8 weeks of age or in dogs less than 10kg in weight.do not give to pregnant or lactating bitches or those intended for breeding as the safety of the product under those conditions has not been established.
